My name is Chef Michael Easton. I have just returned to New Mexico after a 10-year sojourn in Seattle where I was fortunate enough to hone my culinary skills in one of the best restaurant scenes in the country. I was able, as well, to make two trips to Italy to intensively study Tuscan cuisine.
While in Seattle, I was Chef de Cuisine of an Italian restaurant, Chef de Charcuterie of a French restaurant and operated a traveling supper club, where a small group of diners would gather for a momentous evening of soulfully prepared food, great wines and unbridled revelry.
I'm pleased to announce my new project, La Lucciola (firefly in Italian), a Santa Fe-based supper club featuring Tuscan-inspired cuisine using New Mexican produce. At our dinners you can expect innovative cuisine, sparkling conversation and most of all, the beginnings of a dinning community. Click here to read a review of our inaugural dinner this summer.
To keep apprised of upcoming events, please send an email to lalucciolasupperclub@gmail.com and we’ll add you to our mailing list. Keep in mind, there will be no menu available prior to the meal, but you can rest assured that whatever finds its way to your plate will have been pulled from the ground the day before.
A $75 donation* per person will afford you entry to a five-course dining experience artfully hand crafted and served family style by the Chef and accompanied by delicious wines paired for each course. Come find out what happens when the bounty of New Mexican produce meets the inspired cuisine of Tuscany.
There will be only 12 seats available and reservations are required. For more information or to make a reservation, please contact:

*Clearly, supper clubs are on the cutting edge of outside-the-box dining, and as such are not recognized by The Man. We can’t technically charge you for your meal, so we have a suggestion donation for participation.
